Finishing those 24 quests should bring you to level 7. By level 12, you can choose to switch zones (eg: Westfall, Bloodmyst, Darkshore) and take the quests there or stay at your own zone; either way, if you keep going by taking the right quests series, eventually you’ll reach Stormwind.
